Negative work environment, no processes or procedures, horrible benefits, poor communication from the owners of the company, hostile work environment, a lot of gossip and even the owners engage in it, cheat you out of your commissions, they take advantage of their top producers and constantly expect them to work as if its their own company, no leadership

Recruiters are encouraged to have less than ethical practices. No team environment. Each man for himself. I have never worked in a more unprofessional "cutthroat" environment. Recruiters and account managers have awful relationships with each other and talk behind each others backs. Very volatile environment.
