If you prefer doing only the minimum required work and are not interested in learning or exploring new things, you may be able to stay here for some time. However, the company’s financial situation appears uncertain, so job stability is unpredictable and layoffs can happen at any time.
Cons
Very disappointing experience with the new COO. The leadership style appears highly ego-driven and disconnected from the team’s challenges. While personal comfort seems to be prioritized, employees are often left struggling without proper support. The organization seems to rely heavily on the same “old horses” running things with little room for new ideas or growth. Unfortunately, the culture feels dominated by internal politics rather than innovation or a forward-thinking mindset.

Totally a worst company. Very politics is there. They are not maintain any system. I received appointment letter after 6 months of joining. No job security every time they can fire anyone if you are permanent
Cons
Everything is bad here. No job security, no system. Even sometimes salary can also be delayed.
