Pros

Non as far as i know. No body knows what to de here. Use this as a stepping stone to join other platforms. Easily hired.

Cons

Every month someone is fired and hired. Useless management. They will make the HR do customer service. Since the company never delivers as promise, there are bad reviews of customers and the CEO blames the customer service for it and salaries are deducted.

1. Very bad treatment to the employee. 2. Slow growth of titles and average appraisals(Worst HR, and their Policies). 3. No road map for the employees to work(Lots of pressure). 4. Lack of initiatives. 5. Favoritism, Politics, It's not skills that would take you places. Politics is entering the top and mid management(They define their own rules and force employees to follow those rules.) 6. Management decisions are crappy. 7. No proper teams size.

1.Too much ground level politics 2.Apprisals never on time 3.TL is not able to handle the team properly and gets hyper most of the time 4.requirements are not clear to anyone 5.Boss itself confuse what he want to achieve 6.All HR policies in the fever of employee 7.no extra activity like tech seminar and refreshment activity 8.startup with No GOAL
