      Pros

      A paycheck. Nice people who work for the parent company.

      Cons

      CEO plays favorites. Makes for uncomfortable and awkward situations. CEO never admits fault ever and blames “misunderstandings” on him being an immigrant. He unabashedly and almost laughably brown-noses owner. Nepotism runs rampant. CEO has been known to hire friends, then fires them. Poor leadership and people skills.

      None. Besides getting off at 3 pm.

      Cons

      CEO micromanages everyone. He will try to lift you just to bring you down. I never worked for a place that caused me anxiety, stress, and sadness. I would not recommend this place at all.

      A few nice people. Casual atmosphere. F bombs dropped constantly. What sexual harassment policy?

      The epitome of micro-management. Communication barrier with CEO and owner. Un-realistic expectations. Stressful work environment.
