There is not much cons except for the fact that it is a small company and the opportunity for growth within the company seem limited. I felt like it took a long time to establish myself which unfortunately was slightly frustrating. I was searching for new challenges each day to grow within my self and within the company, yet I did not find this here at ePrep. But all in all it is a great place to start and will get you very accustomed to good costumer service skills, and management.
