Loads of opportunities to develop and grow as a design gave me real ownership of the brand, and was happy to hear thoughts and opinions even as someone low in the ranking.
Cons
Salary wasn't great and often didn't give many opportunities to be promoted, only when members of the team left would those conversations happen. Additionally, there has always been a bit of office politics going on at times.
The pay was terrible, never got a pay rise the whole time I was there. They expect you to go above and beyond by doing things outside of your role & pay scale. There is no progression here it’s basically a dead end job especially if you’re working as a designer. You don’t get paid enough to do the job full time.
