Pros
The owners are amazing to work for and are very relatable. The work environment is comfortable without being too lax and it is easy to focus on what you need to accomplish. They work with you and are very understanding when you need to work remotely. eRichards is truly an amazing place to work.
Cons
Too far from home so I have to work remotely.
