Positive Work Culture: I have worked with different companies in my almost decade of experience. The respectful and positive treatment towards employees that I've seen here is unlike anything I've experienced before. HRs, managers, and colleagues are very supportive and respectful. Good Work-life Balance: These days, maintaining a work-life balance is one of the things you have to consider when you join a company. At Foxit eSign, also known as eSign Genie, the workload, flexibility, and perks I receive allow me to focus on my mental health, family, and side skills that I want to learn. Growth: If you are a self-learner, you can accomplish a lot. You have the opportunity to work on projects you love, prove your capabilities, and build things you believe can help the company grow.
Cons
This is not a con, but rather a fact for any organization. If you are not a self-learner, then you will always be invisible. The same can happen here with you. If you are doing your work thinking someone is going to recognize you just for that, without improving yourself and adopting new skills, you will always be invisible to your managers.

Cons
This is not a con it's more of a challenge that they are overcoming - Modern Project management - shifting to management software and roles acording to them is taking time. Rest all is good.
