Fun, casual and very relaxed work environment with a small family oriented team of people. Everyone dresses in workout clothes and shoes are optional! They offer great benefits including company paid medical, dental, life, SC retirement, time off programs, etc. They offer a nice comfortable chair and great equipment to develop software on. The work-life balance is excellent as they allow long lunches to go workout, play tennis or swim in the pool, which is really nice. They have training opportunities and will allow you to work in many different areas to learn different aspects of software development like iOS and Android development. Everyone works hard and the coding work is intense, but employees work together and learn from each other. They want full use of mobile applications so there is opportunity to learn new applications for the system.
