      Not worth for making a career at

      Pros

      The salary is the only thing on time and a good method for conveyence clearance, No work pressure. Most of the time you'll be staying in the office.

      Cons

      The management is poor, lacks the skills to manage the employees, fails to deliver promises made by the clients. Doesn't provide a proper platform to learn, employees keep on changing every 6 months.

      Pros

      Good scope for gaining knowledge on field. Depends on individuals dedication.

      Cons

      No knowledge sharing, No Internal goals, no training, worst treatment to employees. Poor Management skills of Team Leader, Attitude for subordinates. Poor team building. Purely donkey work. Engineer is being sent to site without proper current/ previous site situation.

      A company which assures more but does very less for the employees

      Pros

      Friendly work environment at branch offices and located strategically in the heart of city.

      Cons

      1) They have 2 land line phones for 50 employees. Employees keep on quarreling for the same, except sales guys since company gives the compensation to them for mobile phone usage. 2) No laptops for the sales guys. So if you are a sales guy in this company and you even don't own a smart phone then the only way you could access emails is by coming to office. 3) Mere 5-6 desktop computers for a work force of around 50. 4) There is no justification given for the targets set by management for sales guys. 5) No training will be provided once you join, but it will be promised during the interview phase.
