      Confusing for Clients & Employees

      Pros

      Small team, downtown location at the time, there was a gym in the building. Good starter job for young post-college folks looking to get their feet wet with some digital marketing skills.

      Cons

      CEO was often absent. Employees were left to deal with unhappy clients. No leadership was present. No upward mobility. HR nightmare-level practices.

      Pros

      Seriously zero. The clients are great, but other than that.... woof.

      Cons

      The owner is an HR nightmare. He is inappropriate, rude and never on time - even to meetings with clients and potential clients. You will NOT get your bonuses and you will get zero days off unless you're dying, but not without guilt from the owner.
