      Pros

      Company is dedicated to helping out their clients and subsequently their patients. Its a great feeling knowing you are making a difference in healthcare. Great leadership in other sectors of the business.

      Cons

      A lot of racial favoritism. Interns will work on senior level projects, while full time employees are not assigned any work. Very much stuck in a late 90s mentality of programming/language concepts. If you are not wanted, you will know very quickly.

      This place is the worst and the owners suck! Half of their family works for them and they could careless about you. Politics are huge here, if you’ve been there for a long time they’ll let you treat the other employees like crap and disrespect you. The owners have no sense of what anyone does and they barely know your name ...
