      Pros

      Edynamics is best IT company in Pune. I worked there more than one year Never faced any problem in leave approval Senior management & HR are very supportive & helpful. Lots of opportunity to learn new things & technologies.

      Not so flexible otherwise good.

      Pros

      It is good company. Projects are good.

      Cons

      Company environment is very bad. They don't care about employee. Salary issues. HR is very pathetic and mannerless. No friendly environment. Seniors are not helpful. Mobile phones are not allowed in office time. They collect the mobile phones. Not recommended.
