Pros

Working at eharmony was genuinely rewarding. The team is full of bright, creative people who take the brand seriously while still keeping things fun. My peers were collaborative, sharp and supportive - it’s the kind of environment where good ideas actually get listened to and executed. Leadership gave me the autonomy to run with campaigns and trust was high, which made the work move quickly and kept it interesting. The pay and perks were strong for the sector, and there was a real emphasis on work–life balance that you don’t always get in tech or consumer brands. Overall, it’s a solid place to grow your comms career if you enjoy a mix of strategy, storytelling and fast-paced consumer work.

Cons

When I first arrived there were some trouble makers in the marketing team, but they'd left within six months. The rest was smooth sailing.
