Adequate pay but unfriendly management and outdated design

adequate pay, nice office, some benefits

Cons

unfriendly management, very outdated design system and guidelines, no affordable lunch options around the office, clean desk policy, very impersonal feeling in the office, talking is discouraged in the work space (only allowed in the kitchen) , work on a PC, i know from a former colleague, that he had not received a pay raise in many years.

The office location is nice, at the time the work was hybrid which was also positive.

Cons

The marketing manager there is extremely abusive and rude. The work environment is awful, and there is no work-life balance. It was the worst experience I had.
