A unique business model: Work hard to complete successful client projects and you can free up time to work on entrepreneurial endeavors and community initiatives.

Cons

The 1-2year fellowship model has a high talent turnover, and much talent is lost. This results in a yearly renewal of new employees, which can be stressful.
