      Not what I expected

      Pros

      It did teach you fundamentals of having an entrepreneurial mindset and work ethic. Time management, and basic office skills were learned under a short period of time.

      Cons

      The sad truth is that most of us were brought on to this company and were promised so much. Upper management and leadership talked about the luxuries of how much money we had the potential to earn but in reality we all embarked on a sinking ship. The business model is all wrong and the company culture is shifting towards the way they do not want it to be.

      Great team Excellent atmosphere in the office people really try to help each other out

      Cons

      Majority of the projects have timelines or goals that are unreachable with the resources available Little to no communication on project outline, status, future, or any relevant data Lots of unanswered questions regarding future of projects and where you can develop your skills

It's always positive to hear that our company culture left an impression because that is the backbone of any company. However disappointing it is to hear that you feel timelines and goals were unattainable, we can assess this internally for our current employees and future success.

      Great Place to Grow a Career

      Pros

      Culture is great. It's fun, energized and competitive, but not cut throat. Employees encourage each other to grow and challenge you to push for more. This is a place where you can start and retire from. Salaries are above industry standard as well.

      Cons

      The website could use some work, but other than that, it's a great place to be.
