Pros

No pros except for fresh graduates get a job when they cannot get anywhere else. Fresh graduates have to sign a bond for 3 years but may not necessary be paid with the agreed terms of employment in subsequent years.

Cons

Not professionally managed organization. They do not have processes to follow. No interview process, no exit process, no work process. The company does not give experience or relieving letter. Company gives false resume of employees to customers to get service orders.

It is the best company to work with advanced technologies. Amazing guidance from president of the company to manager. Balanced work life, so you can enjoy your work and personnel life. Location of office(Bangalore) will reduce lot of travelling and also save time and money for travelling.
