Pros

Going to the pub. The weekend. Friday's. Annual leave. Bank holidays. Friends. Sandwiches. Lunch break. When CEO not in. Moet. Working from home.

Cons

It is like being lead by a blind baboon. No plan, no vision, CEO does not even trust himself let alone the people he pays. bullying culture. Breaking peoples spirits. Unethical. CEO does not care about anyone. Going into the office. Working from home and being made to feel like you are lying.

Bullying – the company has a zero tolerance towards bullying and with appropriate policies in place. In the past we have terminated a relationship with a supplier, a Client and a senior C level executive for bullying behaviour towards members of our valued team. Bullying is completely at odds to our ethos of building collaborative relationships both inside and outside the organisation. Our Business and Development Plans – as we entered 2020 and celebrated our 20th year of trading we took time to identify opportunities for improving our services and in Lockdown also announced the launch of equi Connect – our full Direct to Consumer service. This covers the creation of equi-connect, a ecommerce website, marketing, data integration into fulfilment warehouse with packing and delivery of products to customers. We constantly review our strategy and this development comes at a time that our new business pipeline has never been healthier. Working from Home – the company has since late 2016 invested in excess of £150,000 in hardware to enable its team to work remotely with many regularly WFH and where appropriate agreeing flexible working hours with team members. We are all now working from home very successfully. As a company and management team we strive to do our best to look after our valued team and support them wherever possible.

Pros

Some talented and tenacious people work here who do a great job for their clients.

Cons

I echo the recent negative reviews with regard to working culture and lack of trust from ownership. I'm so fed up of hearing horrific stories from people who leave this company to better their careers.
