High level of autonomy with the ability to apply yourself without being hindered through micromanagement. Fantastic team that great support. Small enough that you can be heard, make a phenomenal and positive impact within any position, and large enough for further career growth potential.

Cons

CEO constantly changing plans and have seen him scream at people who dont do things his way or to his speed. CTO Doesn't appear to really want to manage the team, feels like he'd prefer to just be doing his own thing. Promises failed to be met constantly. Whole company reacting rather than leading
