      Amazing concept ran by terrible people

      Pros

      If you cant find other work, this is a perfect last case scenario. Would not recommend to a friend, but absolutely would to an enemy.

      Cons

      Working under the "top" people has to be the worst working experience one can have. A racial barrier exists, and will be recognized on day one.

      If you’re looking to hone your skills as a professional (young or old) this is the place to do it! It's a small company catering to big business. Because of this, you are required to wear many hats. Your achievements are quickly recognized, and rewarded. No day is like any other day, every day brings a new challenge.

      **Note, not a con if you are up to the challenge** This company moves fast when making a decision, and requires you to be on board 100%

      Everyone works hard and with pride for the company. Upper management listens and takes concerns into account. Whenever you need help, someone is always there to assist.
