Pros

- Great location - Young coworkers who are fun to hang out with outside of work

Cons

- You are dinged for showing up 5+ min late for work. They may as well have a punch clock. - There are people either fired or quitting approximately every two weeks - you will spend half of your time signing farewell cards (I seriously signed 5 in one day). - No room for growth. - Disorganized management who does not care about you. - Cheap. Very low pay. - President and owner is not a good person (he is there once per month for 3-5 days).

Pros

Good benefits when they aren’t jacking the rates year over year. Lots of fake “team building”. They don’t care about the team and will nickel and dime you on time. If you show up a half hour early every day and work through your one hour lunch every day for 3 years and stay late - None of that counts. Their bonus review is biased and designed to tear you down no matter how hard you work. Appreciation is zero.

Cons

Management is the most biased weak minded group of individuals I’ve ever seen. Management is not only terrible at their job they’re also clueless people who lord over their staff with zero first hand knowledge to do so. They are coddled no matter how many mistake they make. It’s a poisonous atmosphere and it’s actually promoted. Management is also is the most two faced, unaware Entity I’ve ever seen. When conflict happens they won’t show up to do this part - they send others. They’re the epitome of a coward - I saw them smile to a co workers face 5 minutes before HR fired them. The owner will force you to shake their hand and converse with them in broken English once every 4 weeks for 3 days and make you uncomfortable and they don’t care. They’re beyond creepy, and invasive. They made me delete people off my linked in profile because they didn’t like them. That’s personal but to them it is not. The company puts up a good front but overall it fails at being remotely compassionate let alone competent.

Pros

Family like working environment, people are super nice to each other.

Cons

Given the size of the company, the room for growth may be limited.
