Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. It's lovely to hear that you find our team of people to be great. Thank you also for highlighting that our purpose is such an important one. Our Senior Leadership Team now includes our Head of Engineering, Head of Product and Head of Data, all of whom are new hires (within the last 12 months) and who bring a great deal of software development experience with them. They work together with their Senior Leadership Team colleagues from finance, consulting, nursing and data security backgrounds, creating a great team to take the company forward.

Thank you for your feedback. It's great to hear your thoughts on the location of the office. We want our employees to work in an environment where they feel valued and respected. We have recently become a hybrid, remote-first company, giving our employees the choice to decide whether they would like to work from home, or work from the office. We are growing quickly, which comes with its challenges, but we care about what we do and are all working hard to provide an outstanding product for our customers. We might not have got everything right in the past, but we do listen to our teams and we do use the feedback and advice to help drive positive changes.
