      Nepotism at its best

      Pros

      Few nice colleagues, 3 hours ping-pong. 2 hours lunch. 2 hours cigarette gossip, 1 hour effective work. Good place to get familiarized on how to grow up in a company having zero skills and soft tongue. Or nice body. ;)

      Cons

      Very low level projects, experienced devs are extremely rare. No real values, no structure nor procedures. No business vision on the management side. Nepotism is the company main policy. Hiring wife, husbands, sisters, brother, cousins, parents, daughters or even mistress, etc its a rule. Bottom kissers and hierarchy climbers are highly appreciated.

      - Much more emphasis is put on quality work than in other companies, there is a culture of technical excellence - Lots of technical ownership on projects - Good project/department managers that understand technical people very well - Very good working environment and equipment (hardware & software) - Invest in people more than other companies - Lots of other perks

      Not all departments are like this (I think...)

      The pool is nice but the rest..

      Pros

      Office pool, free coffee and reception girls. Very polite and smiling. Happy Fridays were a pro, but not lately, because the HR team keep finding a cheaper version each week

      Cons

      old laptops or computers, poor it support competences, free will to take as many breaks as you want - no one will check or care, low IQ people mostly, .. because they are cheaper than the smart ones.. poor medical package. Most of all.. here you don't really learn anything. You come and leave with the same set of info, but with a slightly lower IQ than the one you started with.. if you want to do it.. you do it on your own.. Everyone is slacky
