Pros

I like working here because I learn something new all the time. The workload is high sometimes because people here really care about getting things done. If you prefer to chill this is not the right place for you but if you want to work with smart people on really cool projects and are willing to go the extra mile, then you should consider EyeEm. The founders are approachable and you can tell that they care a lot about the team.

Cons

Not many free perks, can be stressful sometimes.

Pros

EyeEm works with the latest technologies to bring positive change to photography and the stock photography market. The company offers a lot of perks and tries constantly to improve staff happyness and satisfaction.

Cons

Unfortunately EyEm is struggling to allocate it's financial and human resources effectively – resulting in often ambitious, but under-supported projects, which are increasing the pressure on the staff and result in unnecessary friction.

They hire wonderful people....Great people once walked the halls of this company...

Cons

Terrible, dysfunctional management with self-centered, uncaring and unprofessional management styles. Not recommended to work for - a difficult company to grow in and you are just a number on a balance sheet after all. They would rather you work 80hr weeks with no overtime.
