      NONE... trust me, look elsewhere.

      Cons

      They expect you to work silly hours and be available 24/7. Whole of management is arrogant (especially in the tech department). The CTO (Naveen) surrounded himself with friends in managerial positions. They WILL gang up on you and you WILL have a bad time.

      Worst company to work with no work life balance worst pathetic company management is deaf and blind they don’t want to see what is going wrong in the organisation they will hire you and they can fire you anytime point of time without letting you know what you have done no job stability no work ethics managers are just there to micro manage HR are dummy sitting at home I would say it is better to be job less rather than working in eyewa. Worst/pathetic/disappointment/ Worst they are fake no culture values/trust me don’t join this organisation it’s worst than worst! Management is dead!

      Whilst we always appreciate open and candid feedback, it must be pointed out that this is quite a fake and misleading review. We don't have any Data Analysts who have worked with us for over a year. We did hire a junior data analyst who unfortunately was unable to keep up with the workload and have the necessary resilience to grow in a startup culture so we had to let them go. As every business, sometimes we do make mistakes with hires but as you can see from every single other review we have a very fair and transparent organisation that rewards talent and does its best to foster a culture where people can do their best work.

      None! Cannot think of a single one, I advise anyone looking for a job to stay away even if ur unemployed.

      Cons

      - Where to start? The culture is very toxic, no work life balance and you will be worked to the bone without even a simple thank you. Politics everywhere, the more you suck up to management the more rewarded you will be. No promotions or appraisals, no performance management, no career growth or recognition. If you want to be depressed, join this company.
