      Surprisingly Fun Startup Culture

      Pros

      Never would have thought I would be working for a home services startup, but am absolutely loving it. Great, fun, collaborative and hard working culture. Some truly smart and hard working people in the leadership team.

      Cons

      We're the first ones doing what we're doing in our space, so no playbook to follow. Can sometimes feel like we are chickens with our heads cut off :)

      Work every day - stable work throughout the entire year Reliable pay Managers care about you and put a lot of time into training Growing so fast so a lot of space for moving up and getting paid more - really good at telling you what you need to do to get promoted Good team and people

      Sometimes long days A lot of changes to get things right Sometimes bad people are allowed to stay too long Starting money is ok

      Pros

      Some nice people work there. The office staff has nice snacks and drinks and good office, but these are not available to gardeners. Idea for business sounds good.

      Cons

      High employee turnover. Gardeners not treated well. Management seem to change their mind a lot
