Pros

- Cutting edge technology. - Most engineers have good intention and the more seniors are giving with their time to elevate others.

Cons

- Too many managers not enough people to actively do the work. - Politics is crazy in this place. - Salary is very low compared to others in the area. - Employees friends get hired rather than the best people for the job.

Pros

Good salary and that's all

Cons

They follow JIRA diligently hence, - No scope for error - Mandatory to complete all tasks within a sprint if any spillover they spill ideas in front of the team that you are underperforming, happens to my colleague as well. - WORST WORK LIFE BALANCE EVER. - Expect you to work till 2 am to clear your tasks in sprint. - Even with 1 crore package I won't join this company. - Affected my mental health deeply. - Expect to complete you code functionality, test cases, testing and review within 1 week's time which is absurd.

Thanks for your feedback- this is an issue we've heard about before. When fabric was founded, like many startups, we had not established job levels. As we grew, we realized how important these were in order to create clarity of expectation by roles and levels. After 9 months of work on this topic, we finally introduced leveling in January 2022 (it really becomes necessary when a start-up gets to be of our size and growth). Some titles were adjusted as part of this exercise, but no one was "downleveled" because they were never leveled in the first place. Also, no one's compensation was reduced as a result of our leveling.
