      Pros

      The product, vision and mission of the company are the reason I joined the company. Also the fact that majority of employees are females. Nice office in center of Berlin

      Cons

      Compensation package is low considering the city and comparing to similar companies in the area. The leadership team does not receive feedback very well

      - great, inspiring team that creates a very positive & visionary environment - honest feedback culture - setting high & eager goals, but remaining realistic - flexible working hours, and possibilty to work from home - company benifits, e.g. urban sports, snacks in the office, etc.; from an intern's point of view - very supportive while giving you space to figure out your own methods and to grow - room to bring your own ideas

      from an intern's point of view: - rarely a possibility to peak into other departments - always very busy and a lot to do
