Pros

The company provides a visa that’s required if you want to stay or remain in UAE

Cons

The HR department is unfortunately completely powerless and managers or individuals accused with abuse of misscontact are just ignored.

Pros

Competitive salary and airline benefits

Cons

While the company offers a competitive salary and airline benefits, several challenges impact the overall work experience. Employees often face an excessive workload and a high-pressure environment, leading to significant stress. The demanding schedule, including frequent weekend commitments, hampers work-life balance and limits the opportunity to utilize airline travel benefits. Additionally, a lack of support from colleagues and management contributes to a toxic workplace culture. Despite the availability of various activities and facilities, the overwhelming workload renders them inaccessible. Furthermore, the in-house systems and tools are overly complex, and there is a notable absence of adequate training and learning opportunities.
