      Steady work, but poor training and low pay

      Steady work and benefits offered

      Cons

      Benefits only for full time Raises do not occur Poor training Work load increases but pay does not. Quiet hiring across multiple job titles Hr issues not addressed harassment not addressed. Position threatened regularly when you are unable to keep up with ever increasing work load . Pay is below industry standard for Position

      Pros

      Control over your schedule. You can move your stores even the day of if you need to as long as you complete the job within the 2 week timeframe. Set territory and able to pick up more stores if you need to. No immediate supervisor, no coworkers--you work independantly.

      Cons

      no mileage pay except between stores. pay is low.
