Pros

Accessible office location and to be fair, their sales manager is fun, personable and encouraging. He is also very experienced and willing to offer advice and motivation. He really is great.

Cons

In my opinion and experience, they're only interested in commission, and will source leads by calling candidates, offering fake interviews and saying "where else are you interviewing so I can just check it's not the same job- I don't want to hinder your application". They will then call that job and offer them a more qualified candidate than you. Also they insist you work longer hours than contracted. They will also call jobs, tell them they have a perfect candidate (who is fake) to get the opportunity to source candidate. They will then claim that the fake candidate has pulled out and then offer a less qualified candidate Don't be fooled by the 5* reviews- there are internal incentives to do 5* fake reviews

Pros

if your lucky you might just end up on the end of a FORK.

Cons

Stay well away from G2 at least 10,000miles.

Pros

Hours m-th 7:30am-5pm F 8:30am-3pm Food in the tunnels Office location is great (downtown houston) Free parking garage 20 days PTO 100% medical coverage

Cons

Little to no training 100% micromanagement-you have to send management a daily plan of what you’re doing in 30 min slots 730-emails 8-LinkedIn 830-job board etc If you step out longer than 5 min you’re getting “where are you??” Messages If you aren’t at your desk at 730am on the dot or 1pm on the dot after lunch,expect a passive aggressive email about being on time Boss is rarely on time No leadership Quick turnover. Most don’t last more than 6mo. If you’re interviewing anywhere,you’re fired Management has a “do as I say,not as I do” mentality EVERYONE is paid under market value. Starting salary is $27k with a $3k pay bump after your first placement... STILL UNDER MARKET VALUE You only get paid once a month
