      Charlotte office needs A LOT OF work! !

      Pros

      Free food 3 days a week. Flexibility. Benefits. New Company culture.. When corporate executives make you feel as a team. Family oriented.

      Cons

      Favoritism. Yelling and screaming from upper management. Management not friendly. Moral is terrible under nee management. Management doesn't like the companies culture and values. New cubicle space is not comfortable for Charlotte location. Out dated. Sitting on top of people. Height of the desk is made for below average person. Ventilation is terrible. Old building. Very dusty. Location could be better. Some position should be work from home.
