      Pros

      I have worked for gTANGIBLE for almost 7 years as both a contractor and corporate employee and it is the best company I have worked for. Senior management/leadership value their employees and constantly strive to acknowledge them with bonuses, promotions and/or personal recognition.

      Cons

      The growth of our company has made it difficult for our small team to personally visit each contract location and employee.

      Work is interesting on the Gov side

      Cons

      There is no real HR department to speak to, no accounting department. They not only don't care for their employees they seem to resent them. There is no 401k, the PTO is lacking and the pay is low.
