Thank you for your review. Reviews are meant to be constructive and this has a number of concerns to me. However, I think the opportunity to discuss these with me personally will help. So many of your points I can share some insight, from the development stories this year alone, moving people into alternative / new roles as part of their progressions through development plans. This years alone I have seen 23 people progress onto new roles within quality, IT, resource planning and become some of our amazing Team Leaders. Maybe you missed the job advertisements? We value our people and now have a monthly awards session where we celebrate our people most important to us, in terms of overtime, the last few business I have worked with have all been standard pay especially in this industry. I myself devise the monthly reward sessions where we recognise so many people per campaign, no doubt you would have been invited into one of the sessions? In terms of if you have a health condition, this is the part I am most alarmed at, because as a mental health first aider myself and someone that encourages support to people, we have such a great HR team that support our people. If you do wish to discuss this matter, it can be done in confidence. Can you reach out to me on the email address below please? Yes, there could be an element of moving campaigns, and you do see that in this industry, however, you are always still an employee of go-centric, that's the important part. Hopefully we will discuss the above soon. Employee Experience Manager mark.cowen@go-centric.co.uk

Pros

Working from home is the only Pro

Cons

-Poor Salary. 4k less that the avarage salary paid for a Team Leader in the UK. -Constant pressure and unachievable targets. -Dont care about its people. -Consistently poor, reactive and badly thought out communication. No foresight given to TL's on new processes, which are instead messaged directly to agents, which result in all out chaos. -Their Core Values "Kind, Honest, People" is the total opposite of how Go Centric treat their staff. -Looking after 2x teams most days (30+ agents). -No Progression. -No job security. Redundancy threat is always there due to the amount of contracts they lose (*2 so far in the last 6 months). -Your contract is not worth the paper it's written on. You can be let go in an instant. -Never thanked, never recognised and success never celebrated, (*Not once has a "thank you" or "Well done" been given to all staff directly from higher management in over a year) . Dont get me started on their (every 6 month) excuse of an awards show where around 4 out of 600 staff, get a A4 certificate of nothingness. -Ridiculously high staff and TL turnover. -Mental health. They talk a good game but are never accomadating when someone is actually suffering. -No sickpay -No OT for Team Leaders, and we don't get time back when held back at night. -OT for agents is always standard time, no extras. -Shifts changes are non stop with very little notice Unfortunately this list could go on and on.

Thank you for your review. Very sad to read this when you could have discussed these issues with your line manager. There is a lot of information that you have stated here that is incorrect. Disappointed to read. If you wish to discuss further, please email me on the address below: mark.cowen@go-centric.co.uk

Pros

Was there any? WFH so you don't need to be sat in an office with a team of racist, bullying and belittle managers and Directors who lack leadership skills and basic spelling skills.

Cons

Where does one start.... Well, It starts with an unorganised Directors who feels its acceptable to turn up for meetings with little control of their company with people so angry with how this company treats them and makes them treat there clients customers, there employees end up muting people and kicking them out of board meetings constantly with a bunch of leaders acting like headless chickens begging people to stop doing it but they are just laughed at time after time by their employees cause it is VERY obvious they have no leadership skills to manage this or stop it happening time after time. PAY is ALWAYs WRONG, takes weeks for pay issues to be corrected, as they try and break rules and fill you with lies after lies about incorrect payslips in the hope you give up. There is now numerous ongoing formal investigations ongoing with this company regarding this and they are already trying to settle with employees as they now accept many many errors were made on these pay issues, but most ex/employees say it-is to little to late to settle and continue to take their cases forward! I was racially abused on numerous of occasions while working at here by many of there so called leaders, with comments about my skin colour, sexuality and accent. When i raised concerns i was ignored and told by a manager to leave if i'm not happy cause there is someone around the corner to take my position. These comments are very NORMAL forms of communication from all members of management within their company. While working for for this company, they micro managed you to the max, if you went the toilet twice in a day or went over your toilet break that must be under 3 minutes you were called in for a formal meeting and given a warning. They play you of each other on a daily basis, you are made keep sick/Vulnerable patients on the phone as long as possible to increase phone time, you are expected to stay on calls after your shift has finished, if they call you on teams and you don't answer on the first ring, you are giving a warning, if you have any spelling errors at all you are humiliated in front of all your team by team leaders for this and asked ''did you not go to school''! They also make you ring your own phone and leave the call rolling when there is no data so they can tell their client that agents are busy. When your not. They log onto your own personal laptop when they want with no permission and delete personal documents to make space for their software to be loaded. They will block your printer from working and when you leave they are to busy to fix it so you need to pay someone to correct this. I have never worked for such a bad managed company in my life and wish id never taking a job with them. Please avoid them all all means!
