      growing company, good opportunities to work with retailers and build relationships externally

      young management, very little experience internally, lack of teamwork and internal communication is non existent

      Great Salary compared to the market and office perks, some negatives that can be fixed but won't.

      Pros

      Competitive salary, snacks and free lunch daily. Room to grow IF you are liked. Pizza party/happy hour every so often too.

      Cons

      Management is not the best, often times egos get in the way of the company's success. At times, management shows no signs of empathy and it results in decisions being made that impact an entire staff. Training and development is close to non existent. Good employees often leave for a better work environment or are let go for coachable or bogus reasons. Remote/hybrid work is out of the question and frowned upon. 9-6 work schedule in one of the heaviest traffic areas in Miami makes work life balance difficult. This company is in a great industry and a good stepping stone in your experience but if you have other options take them. It is difficult be happy or even content in this environment.
