Pros

Most employees at goTenna are really incredible. The perks go a long way too, although nothing more than you would expect at any tech startup.

Cons

C Suite and VP's have created a hostile work environment where most employees feel like they are constantly up for firing. The cofounder punches walls and fights with the CEO openly. They push employees to do more work than is possible and lie to customers frequently.

A talented group of people. Great product. Bright and comfortable office.

Horrible executive leadership. Stifling and antagonistic workplace. Infighting between co-founding siblings. CEO's attitude sabotages working relationships.

The people you work with. That’s about it.

Cons

This place is a joke. Who is the CEO? Where is the leadership? Name me another company where the co-founder doesn’t have his own office because he can’t be trusted with his employees? If you like being spoken to in a condescending way by upper management this place is for you.
