      Worst Company to work! Posting FAKE ratings by fake profiles!

      Pros

      Appreciate company's effort to create FAKE profiles on Glassdoor and giving FAKE positive rating to company. Company somehow maintained 3 star on Glassdoor, even if it deserve less than One star. Please, do read the positive feedback. You will come to know that those are all fake feedbacks! Not a single employee is happy!

      Cons

      Management is stingy. Even keep the records of cents! And fight for it! Very cheap Management! Management never keep word, and forget most of the things (OR lying that he forgot). Keep everything on paper. You will never know when it is required! Blood suckers! For their profitability, they ask you to do hell lot of relocation, Never consider employee's situation! Force to relocate. Not transparent to compensation. Keeps $4-5 additional margin for every C2C. Which is not good at all! Poor Marketing team. One has to do market for himself. Less contacts, Very small client database! Senior management is arrogant! Never consider personal problems!

      If single employee is not happy then why many employees are working with h3 for many years. Linkedin might give this answer as well. Giving bad review, just for small misunderstanding is not good.

      Pros

      It is great company to work with as I am having very good experience. It is flexible, ready to provide training for skill enhancement. It pays on time, available for each call so very prompt in service.

      Cons

      I moved from big company so missing advantage of going back to same company and work in India but i do not have any intention to go back to India now so that is not big factor for me.
