      There is nothing good at all about the organization! The management pressurizes employees for performance and output alone, nothing else they want.

      1. Management is really arrogant 2. Its Hire and Fire policy only 3. No Saturday is a holiday 4. Expecting people to work beyond 9 hours 5. Poor communication
