Pros
As a developer you will really enjoy your time at hemea - the team environment is great and everyone is really ready to help at anytime - the tech stack is up to date and in constant evolution - we have time to do things right (refactoring, product discovery, etc...) - the product is really interesting and helps people in the real world (helping people in their renovation project) - If you want you can easily work in full remote
Cons
Not much honestly but since we are still small/medium sized company, there is a form of pressure to perform obviously :)
