      Worst working environment

      Pros

      I had to find a job because my wife was unemployed not knowing what is going on

      Cons

      There has been some feud between old management and new management and the working conditions are absolutely terrible. Everyone has the word "transparency " glued to their lips but nobody informs you or tells you anything. There are double standards everywhere. One person is allowed to be late but others no. The team spirit is poisoned by pessimistic people.

      We are sad to hear that and offer many apologies for it. In addition to regular newsletters and weekly meetings there are also monthly company updates provided by the management, which include structural updates as well as sales and financial performance. We would be more than happy to receive suggestions to improve our transparency. We believe employer branding and employee satisfaction are key to our future success.

      The Management is completely new since February and I really like their vision and their style of transparency.

      The product is "good" but should be improved very soon.
