      Stay away from the fake reviews

      Pros

      No pros. It's waste of time to interview with this guy's. Had a great first few rounds of interaction with the HR and Teach Lead. They make you do an assignment with a time limit of 48 hrs, after you are done they won't even check it properly. Simply will send a rejection mail. All hard work wasted. When you ask for detailed review they give silly cons.

      They don't validate the assignment given and simply waste valuable time developer invest in interviewing and developing the application for them to check.

      - awful management, important positions / decisions given to ‘managers’ who have no experience in doing so or making business critical decisions - line managers do not listen to concerns or advice from below - no pay transparency, it may look good from the outset by that does not last - lies to customers in an effort to massage figures

Additionally, a former member of the management characterized the leadership as ineffective, likening their approach to running the business as "being run by some monkeys."
