      Great place to work

      Pros

      Great culture, excellent team to work with, visibility across all sides of the business so you feel that your voice is heard, great product to sell and we get to work with some great clients. Lots of support from management, especially in relation to career development.

      Cons

      Location requires you to be able to drive as not accessible by public transport. Also although there is a fairly equal gender split, there isn't a huge amount of diversity within the company. I think this could mostly come down to location but it would be good to see what the company is doing to close the diversity gap.

      Hi, Thanks for the great review. Everyone works hard to add to the culture here at hireful, so it's great to see that having a positive impact. Also great to hear your positive words about career development. We have a great office but yes unfortunately it is a little "rural". Your comments on diversity are fair. We have done some work on this area already but this has mostly focused around training staff to ensure we recruit in a fair and inclusive way. However, we recognise that we need to be doing more to attract a more diverse range of applicants and we are putting in some new initiatives starting from Jan 2023. We need to do better and we will do better in this area. Thanks Adrian co-founder

      My favourite job to date

      Pros

      I have worked for a few businesses throughout my career and I can honestly say that this is my favourite place to date. Great location, plenty of parking, happy working environment, and a relaxed / grown-up vibe. My team is particularly awesome, but of course I am horribly biased. The senior management team are not afraid to listen, try new things and make changes to create a happy working environment (pool table, Alexa, new fancy desks, Pilates, free fruit) Plenty of social events too (but not too many!)

      Cons

      I can honestly not think of a single one at this moment in time. But I have only been working here for 4 years so that could change.

As founder, I am always up for new ideas, so make sure you let us know if you also have ideas on how we can improve or maintain the great environment we have.       My first 3 months at EasyWeb

      Pros

      Everyone is really friendly and welcoming. There is a pool table here and an endless supply of people happy to give you a game. I'm awful at pool, but its been a great way to get to know everyone in the office.

      Cons

      There always seems to be cake and treats dotted around the office. As someone with a massive sweet tooth, this is a challenge.
