1. Technology now outdated so developer are looking for change from the development growth point of view. 2. Some IT experienced manager and technical architect should be hired in order to improve productivity. 3. Move on automation build process. (Hire consultancy to make proper flow and methodology)

Salary on Time. Good for freshers.

Cons

Promotion is given on the basis of experience not on the talent of people. You can see a people who can't even communicate with the client nor they have good coding experience still posseing the Lead designation. Seen plenty of good resources who left the organisation due to the behaviour of a single person. No matter how much you inform to the management they don't even care as they believe in the ideology of OLD IS GOLD. Due to the ideology, many intelligent resources left this organisation.

Bounded in one technology. Means, if you are dealing with MVC. Then, u will deal with only MVC.
