Pros
1. Flat corporate structure. 2. Very friendly team members (but depends on team :) 3. Corporate culture, non-formal communications. 4. Flexible schedule. 5. Challenged tasks. 6. New technologies|trends, meet-ups, conferences, etc. 7. Professional growth (especially in IT area).
Cons
1. Due to serious fall in company's income many teams are dissolved and team members left the company. 2. There are no one "monolithic" company now - there are sets of teams with own businesses/income.
