      Respectful work hours but lack of management connection

      Work hours respect, they don’t make you work more than you should

      Cons

      A lot of disconnection between managers and employees and a lot of change direction constantly, not enough space to accommodate office employees and the cafeteria it’s back on the area plant where you can access only with appropriate shoes
