      Very high staff turnover of 1-2 employees being let go or resigning every month!

      Jonathon and his development team are great people to work with.

      Stressful work environment due to constant turn over of staff. CEO lacks people skills.

      Pros

      i-Open is a great place to refine skills and learn. There are some very talented people in key positions and they always keen to share ideas and methods. Management is committed to training and retaining good employees whose skill levels are not fully developed. i-Open is an equal opportunity employer.

      Cons

      Management communication skills needs improvement. There also appears to be little accountability when they come up short. They are often secretive in a "boy's club" kind of way which has many detrimental effects.
