1. Best strategy for controlling their employees with holding their dmc at the time of joining. 2. Strategy: hold employee salary till they ask for payment. In short employee has no right to ask for last 2 month salary. 3. Good hr policy, no one can discuss thier issues with hr. Hr has no rights to listen employee issue so don't waste your time with hr. Talk directly with school headmaster.

Cons

1. Don't submit your dmc at the time of joining. 2. If you didn't get your last month salary. Just put down your paper because they have planned something wrong for you.

Never pay salary on time, if you will ask for the same then it will delay more. Md doesn't even know how to talk with employees, he always use 'nonsense' word for their employees. If you have any issue and you want to discuss that with HR then you can't go to her cabin directly, firstly you have to ping her then she will reply after 3-4 hours or most of the time she ignores. Don't spoil your future by joining this company you will get no respect their they will treat you like a slave, scold you without any reason and you will learn nothing new there. No flexibility, if you are a second late after 10 AM then your half day salary is gone. Company always finds a reason to deduct your salary.

Pros

- Since the company working conditions are so unfavourable you will meet new faces every month as people cant survive here more than a month.

Cons

- Unhygenic conditions. You have to use another building washrooms. - The MD. of the comapny (MOHIT GUPTA) is very cheap person and my recommendtion to all the girls would be NEVER EVER JOIN this company. - Hold documents at joining time and use these to harass the employee. - HR is showcase , even don't have power to answer your queries. - Salary delays by month.
