There is the opportunity to learn a lot here, if you work in the right team. There are a lot of open minded discussions. Work life balance is really good. Total flexibility in time and location,
Cons
Not the best pay. Some periods without interesting work to do because of lack of projects. And the one big project that has a lot of work to do, is not something a frontend developer would enjoy at all because of huge technical debt.
