Cons
PTO time - the company shuts down during Thanksgiving, Xmas & July 4th, and you need to use personal time or take it unpaid. Bereavement time - you only get 1 day for the passing of a loved one. No formal training or orientation - the learning process is very difficult. Once you get through it, the job gets better, but it's pretty rough at first. Antiquated computer systems - lots of time-consuming, manual data entry. In previous jobs, these have been 1-click reports, but i2M's system cannot pull information the same way. Continuous mistakes on the production floor. Could be kept cleaner.
